-The mighty Higgins recently played a show on the wild streets of Jersey City. Amazingly, photos and a write-up that compares them to P-Funk appeared on the Huffington Post! See the post here!


-The lovely Annie Nero has quite a Serious Business pedigree. She's one half of Jack and the Pulpits, a member of Benji Cossa's storied Tightens, and recently handled bass duties for the Unsacred Hearts. Check her out here backing up our pal Dawn Landes on a recent installment of Black Cab Sessions.

-The Octagon's new album is done and its called WARM LOVE AND COOL DREAMS FOREVER. Expect vinyl.

-New records en route. The Unsacred Hearts have been teasing you with tastes of The Honor Bar for years now. We're still working on it at a glacial pace. In other recording news, Benji Cossa has been frequenting the Serious Business studio, working closely with Travis and guests like the Councilman, Erik Paparazzi, Josh Kaufman and Devin Flynn, to make what will be become a seismic album event. Also, Josh is nuts deep in finishing the 2nd Rocketship Park LP which he hopes to have done by summer's end.
